The Essence of Coaching Foundation (EOC Foundation) is a Washington, D.C. and Maryland 

based non-profit committed to uplifting, strengthening, and unifying communities. EOC Foundation aims to enhance the capabilities of our communities by offering a program that delivers high-quality knowledge enhancing programs focusing on development through Financial Literacy, Workforce, Coaching Development, Youth Development, NIL Education, Academic Tutoring and Community Service. EOC Foundation envisions educating communities through a comprehensive heavily detailed -phase model. Our phase model will focus on empowering youth and young adults by providing athletic development, Education Enhancement, Collegiate Academic Success Planning, job readiness support, and mentorship while also connecting participants with federal and state government resources to help current and prior generation of youth and adults actively build toward a secure and successful future.
